Information Regarding Summer Tryouts/Workouts Can Be Found Below For Each Sport

The Smyrna HS Football program will begin our summer workouts on Monday, June 1. Workouts are open to any Smyrna HS student interested in playing football, as well as any incoming freshman that is enrolled at Smyrna High School. Dates / Times are listed below:
· Grades 10-12 (7 – 9 am)
· Incoming 9th Grade (9:30 am – 11 am)
JUNE WORKOUT DATES:
· June 1 – 4 (Monday through Thursday)
· June 8 – 11 (Monday through Thursday)
· June 15-18 (Monday through Thursday)

- 2:30pm-3:45pm Juniors and Seniors
- 4:15pm-5:30pm Sophomores
- 6:00pm-7:30pm Freshmen
Tuesday, June 2nd I will do a call back tryout for those who make it past the first cut. This will be held from 4:00-7:30pm and depending on the numbers I will give the girls the time slot they need to come to. Time slots will be 4:00-5:30pm and 6:00-7:30pm.

Conditioning and training for tryouts will begin on June 1st at 5:30 pm at the SHS soccer field. We will train on Mon., Wed., & Thurs. at 5:30 pm. ( time subject to change but days will stay the same). We will do this until the dead period starts (last week of June). Equipment to bring: your cleats, tennis shoes for running on track, shin guards, hand sanitizer, and water.

We will condition Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9am
